The center of the top is in briarwood and the veins of the leaf, which distinguish the piece, are in mother-of-pearl. Inlays in mother-of-pearl, ebony and paduka wood.

Wooden legs are covered in nabuk or, upon request, can be completely of wood with no covering, with brass post.
