English tea rooms, the high backed chairs functioned as screens when placed around a table, providing guests with greater privacy.

The chair is constructed from solid ash wood with a black lacquer finish and padded  seat cushion  available in your choice of over 100 L collection  leather colors. The open wood grain adds interest and texture, attesting to the chair's solid wood construction.

This stunning chair can be used individually in an entrance hall, bedroom, or office, or grouped around a table. A side  chair, Model 632, is also available. Made in Italy.
