The slung leather chair designed by architect Le Corbusier in 1928 was one of his early designs in tubular steel and was described as "equipement de l'habitation." With a modern sense of proportion, Le Corbusier's influential designs fuse minimal structure with comfort. Discreetly beautiful, this chair is manufactured in Italy from the highest quality materials to exacting manufacturing standards. The brightly polished chrome frame supports the slung black leather arms, seat and back. The backrest pivots, automatically tilting for user comfort. Used singly or in groups, the 305 chair with its classic good looks is an ideal seating solution for both home and commercial settings.
